SoundSource is a free music discovery library run by Edwin Joe. This page explains how information submitted through the signup form is used.

What we collect

Your name, email address, reason for using SoundSource and, if you choose to provide it, your Instagram handle. We also record your email-marketing choice.

How we use it

To manage library signups and understand what visitors are creating. If you tick the email option, Edwin may send SoundSource picks and content-creation tips. If you provide your Instagram handle, Edwin may reach out there about your content. Neither is required to use the library.

Where it is stored

Signup details are sent to Brevo, our contact-management service. Vercel hosts this website and processes ordinary technical request data. These providers may process data outside Australia. We do not publish your signup details or sell them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email. To request access, correction or deletion of signup information, contact Edwin on Instagram (@edwinxjoe). Details are retained while needed for the purposes above, unless you request deletion, subject to any necessary suppression records.

Saved songs and edit notes

Your library bookmarks, edit notes and a marker remembering that you completed signup stay in your browser’s local storage. They are not added to your Brevo contact. The library remains accessible without an account.
